PBT Requirements
Dance attire (with bare legs or convertible tights) OR a fitted t-shirt and leggings/shorts
Hair: Ponytail or other styles (so that it is not hanging loosely)
In addition, students in this program will need:
1. An Exercise Ball (non-weighted) **
2. An 8” Pilates or Fusion ball (Soccer balls or other firm rubber styles are not suitable)
3. Yoga mat
9’ Resistance bands will be supplied for class use.
Anyone wishing to have their own resistance band or other items such as toe socks can email
Miss Sandi, so she can place a bulk order from the PBT shop.
**Exercise Ball Guide:
The best way to size up your ball is by sitting on it. When seated, your thighs should be parallel with the floor. Please note that the cheaper (ex: Walmart) brands are not always an accurate size.
Height: Ball Size:
Under 4'8" 55 cm
4'8'' to 5'4'' 65 cm
5’5” & Taller 75 cm
